Auberon Woods is a new home community in Conway - although the locals may refer to this section of Conway as "Bear Bluff". The Auberon Woods subdivision is planned to have almost 1,200 single family units. This Conway new home community is conveniently located off of highway 90, relatively close to the Route 22 interchange.

In 2000, Corporal Dennis Lyden was shot and killed in the line of duty near the location of where the new home community of Lyden Village is being developed.
