Auberon Woods New Home Community in Conway
Auberon Woods is a new home community in Conway - although the locals may refer to this section of Conway as "Bear Bluff". The Auberon Woods subdivision is planned to have almost 1,200 single family units. This Conway new home community is conveniently located off of highway 90, relatively close to the Route 22 interchange.
D. R. Horton will be the primary builder in the master planned community of Auberon Woods. Development is underway in 2023 with initial releases likely to be somewhere around the end of summer or early fall of 2023. The first phase is expected to have 70+ homes.
