Tallwood Lakes - Tallwood Lakes is a new home community in Longs, located off Highway 57. D. R. Horton is the builder of the new home community of Tallwood Lakes. Tallwood Lakes will have 92 single family homes. As of June 2023, new home prices are starting at around $230,000.
