Hidden Pines new home community in Carolina Forest
Hidden Pines is a new home community in Carolina Forest that began development in 2023. Hal B. Holmes Jr. purchased property near the Highway 501 and Route 31 interchange directly next to the existing subdivisions of Sago Plantation and Pine Island and sold the property to Lennar. Over 200 single family units have been approved for development at this location. An additional 63 multi-family units have been approved for development. There will be 2 access points to this community, one through Sago Plantation and the other at Las Palmas Drive. The minimum lot size will be 6,000 square feet.
Hidden Pines features a swimming pool with a lounge area for summertime fun, as well as vibrant community gardens for access to fresh and nutritious produce.
As of late July 2023, Horry County has approved the development of 214 single family homes, 80 single family homes have been platted.
