Ranch Haven new home community in Murrells Inlet
Ranch Haven is a new home community in Murrells Inlet being developed by D. R. Horton. The builder of this Murrells Inlet new home community, D. R. Horton, is also invested in numerous other Myrtle Beach area new home communities.
The new home community of Ranch Haven by D. R. Horton will consist of 50 homesites and is located off McDowell Shortcut Road in Murrells Inlet, SC and only 15 minutes from Surfside Beach.
The new home community of Ranch Haven will be developed on a 16 acre plot of land directly off of Day Break Road on the other side of Rosehall Drive from the International Club. As of August 2023, the land is being developed in preparation for new homes being sold later in 2023.
The new home community of Ranch Haven will be adjacent to the established 378 single family home community of The Pines of St. James.
St. James High School is only a short mile and a half from where the new home Ranch Haven community will be developed.
