Ranch Haven is a new home community in Murrells Inlet being developed by D. R. Horton that will consist of 50 homesites off McDowell Shortcut Road in Murrells Inlet, SC. The new home community of Ranch Haven will be developed on a 16 acre plot of land directly off of Day Break Road on the other side of Rosehall Drive from the International Club. As of August 2023, the land is being developed in preparation for new homes being sold later in 2023.
The new home community of Ranch Haven will be adjacent to the established 378 single family home community of The Pines of St. James.
