Grissett Landing New Home Community in Conway

The 140 mile long Waccamaw River enters South Carolina and flows across Horry County, past Conway. This slow moving blackwater river runs close to Highway 905, just a few miles east of downtown Conway and connects with a little known small lake named "Grissett Lake". It is at this waterway intersection that Great Southern Homes is building the new home community of Grissett Landing. Grissett Landing is one of the few communities in the Myrtle Beach area to offer direct Waccamaw River access for fishing and kayaking.
