Red Hill Commons new home community on Conway

Red Hill Commons is a relatively new home community in Conway that will have 82 single family homes.  Single family homes in Red Hill Commons are very affordable - starting in the mid to upper $200's.

Red Hill Commons is conveniently located near many of the major roads in Myrtle Beach, including Highway 501 and Highway 544 and is within close proximity to the Coastal Carolina University - just on the other side of Highway 501.  This new home community in Conway is on the southeast side of downtown Conway - making the commute to all of the Grand Strand attractions a simple one - yet at the same time a visit to historic Conway is within minutes.

Red Hill Commons is adjacent to the University Forest and University Square subdivisions and the well-established Jessica Lakes subdivision.

Hanco Construction, the builder of this new home community in Conway, is a local Myrtle Beach based company.  Many local residents may know Hanco Construction for its diverse experience as they also have a plumbing division serving residents all across the Grand Strand.  Development of Red Hill Commons began in early 2021.  As of August 2023, Hanco Construction has developed 62 single family homes of the 95 single family homes that have been approved for development by Horry County government.
