Seachase Pointe new home community in North Myrtle Beach

Seachase Pointe is a new home community coming soon to North Myrtle Beach. Lennar will be the builder in Seachase Pointe. As of May 2024, land is being cleared and plans are to build approximately 180 single family homes in Seachase Pointe. Seachase Pointe is being developed on a 60.22 acre piece of land just off of Little River Neck Road in the northern part of North Myrtle Beach just a short walk from the Intracoastal Waterway. Seachase Point is conveniently located just south of the Tidewater Golf Club and just north of the Surf Golf and Beach Club. Some of the existing subdivisions close to where Seachase Pointe is being developed include: The Grove, Charleston Landing, Cottages on the Marsh, Riverside and Harbour Watch.
