Lennar new home community of Shellwood in Little River

Shellwood is a brand new community offering single family homes in Little River. Lennar owns this 15.73 acres of land in Little River just north of Highway 17. Preliminary estimates are that Lennar will be building approximately 85 single family homes in the new home community of Shellwood in Little River. As of April 2024, development is just starting.
