Jordan Grove new home community in Conway by Mungo Homes

Jordan Grove is a new home community in Conway which has not yet begun development as of April 2024. Horry County government has approved the development of 93 single family homes on an approximate 70 acre piece of land that sits close to the intersection of Highway 22 and Highway 701. Mungo Homes owns the land on the east side of Highway 701, less than a mile from the Highway 22 and Highway 701 interchange. The Mungo new home community of Jordan Grove will have single family homes ranging from 1,200 square feet to 2,700+ square feet. Pricing will be in the low $300's. Jordan Grove is a 30 minute commute to Myrtle Beach, 20 minutes to area golf courses, and 10 minutes to shopping and dining.
