Kingswood on the Waterway is a new home community in North Myrtle Beach that has not yet begun development as of February 2024. Beverly Homes will be the builder of Kingswood on the Waterway. The new home community of Kingswood on the Waterway will have approximately 75 single family homes. Kingswood on the Waterway will have both Intracoastal Waterfront Homesites and Privacy Homesites. Home customization will be available. Kingswood on the Waterway will be a natural gas community and will have a Pool and Cabana!
Kingswood on the Waterway is conveniently located near the Highway 31 interchange with Robert Edge Parkway. Kingswood on the Waterway is adjacent to the former Possum Trot Golf Course - now occupied by Del Webb North Myrtle Beach.
