Grissett Landing Listings
The 140 mile long Waccamaw River enters South Carolina and flows across Horry County, past Conway. This slow moving blackwater river runs close to Highway 905, just a few miles east of downtown Conway and connects with a little known small lake named "Grissett Lake". Horry County has approved development for 102 single family units in this subdivision. Great Southern Homes is developing 99 single family homes in this community. Only two streets encompass this entire community, Grissett Lake Drive and Honeyhill Loop.
The amenities at the back end of the Grissett Landing community are special. There is storage for resident's kayaks, picnic tables, and a dock is being built for the launching of kayaks and fishing in the Waccamaw River!
