Pulte nearing completion of development in Berkshire Forest

Berkshire Forest is a new home community in Carolina Forest, South Carolina that is in its final stages of development.  Locals will identify Berkshire Forest as a community that originally began development under the name of Centex.  Pulte then merged with Centex back in 2009.  Homes in the Berkshire Forest community of Carolina Forest subsequently began to be built under the brand name of Pulte.  Pulte first starting selling homes in Berkshire Forest way back in 2005 – almost 20 years ago!

As of April 18, 2024, there is only one home left in Phase 22 (Martin Ray) and one home left in Phase 23 (Summerwood) out of 1,400 homes total over these past 20 years.
