Night Owl Farms is a new home community in Upper Conway located right off of Night Owl Lane near the intersection of Highway 501 and Highway 22. Horry County Government has approved the development of 110 single family homes in Night Owl Farms. This 41.5 acre new home community of Night Owl Farms will be comprised of homes on both the north and south sides of Night Owl Lane.
