Horry County Government has approved the development of 112 single family homes in Night Owl Farms. This 41.5 acre new home community of Night Owl Farms will be comprised of homes on both the north and south sides of Night Owl Lane.
Beverly Homes bought this land in January of 2021. Beverly Homes began land development in Night Owl Farms in 2023.
Homes in Night Owl Farms started to presell in June 2024.
