Night Owl Farms Listings
Night Owl Farms is a new home community in Upper Conway located right off of Night Owl Lane near the intersection of Highway 501 and Highway 22. Highway 22, also known as the Conway Bypass and Veterans Highway, greatly simplifies travel about the Conway and Myrtle Beach areas as it is a 4 lane highway that connects Highway 501 in Conway to Highway 17 in Myrtle Beach.
Horry County Government has approved the development of 110 single family homes in Night Owl Farms. This 41.5 acre new home community of Night Owl Farms will be comprised of homes on both the north and south sides of Night Owl Lane.
Beverly Homes bought this land in January of 2021. Beverly Homes began land development in Night Owl Farms in 2023.
