Waterway Commons is a new community in Myrtle Beach of beach cottage-style homes in that first started to sell homes in early March of 2025!

The new home community of Waterway Commons is conveniently located near the Highway 544 and Highway 31 interchange in Myrtle Beach.  Cooper’s Bluff and Windsor Lakes are a couple of the existing communities that are located close to the new home community of Waterway Commons.
