Traditions at Carolina Forest Listings
Chesapeake Homes first started presales in the Traditions at Carolina Forest in the fall of 2024, and have already closed over a half a dozen homes. As of January 2025, prices of the homes sold so far in Traditions at Carolina Forest have ranged from the upper $300’s to the upper $500’s.
Traditions at Carolina Forest is one of the last new home communities that is being built on the northwest side of River Oaks Drive in Carolina Forest. Traditions at Carolina Forest is being developed adjacent to D. R. Horton’s new home community of the Village Oaks and not too far from Pulte’s Berkshire Forest community. Chesapeake Homes is the builder of the new home community Traditions at Carolina Forest.
Chesapeake Homes is planning on building approximately 340 single family homes in the Traditions at Carolina Forest. Building is being done in phases.

From a collection and pricing perspective, Chesapeake Homes will be building (1) The Villas Collection – starting at $334,900, (2) The Beach Bungalows Collections – starting at $374,900, and (3) The Cottages Collection – starting at $424,900.
