Traditions at Carolina Forest is one of the last new home communities to be built on the northwest side of River Oaks Drive in Carolina Forest. Traditions at Carolina Forest is being developed adjacent to D. R. Horton’s new home community of the Village Oaks. Chesapeake Homes is the builder of the new home community Traditions at Carolina Forest.
Chesapeake Homes is planning on building approximately 340 single family homes in the Traditions at Carolina Forest. Building will be done in phases.
From a collection and pricing perspective, Chesapeake Homes will be building (1) The Villas Collection – starting at $334,900, (2) The Beach Bungalows Collections – starting at $374,900, and (3) The Cottages Collection – starting at $424,900.
