Spring Beauty Estates is located just off of Browns Way Shortcut Road near the subdivisions of Harvest Ridge (an existing community) and Dove Crossing (a new home community currently under development by D. R. Horton).
Horry County is showing 100 single family units approved under the new home community name of Spring Beauty Estates.
Spring Beauty Estates will be developed on an approximate 40 acre parcel of land.
Lennar purchased this property in February of 2025.
As of March 2025, Lennar has not yet announced timing or plans for the new home community of Spring Beauty Estates in Conway.
