Silver Oaks Cottages will be developed on a 16.3 acre piece of property.
The Silver Oaks Cottages property was purchased in November of 2023 and has been annexed into the City of Loris.
The City of Loris Planning Commission is currently reviewing plans for the new home community of Silver Oaks Cottages.
Preliminary plans are for there to be 31 single family units in the new home community of Silver Oaks Cottages.
