Palmetto Place is a new home community in Longs that has not yet begun home development. Horry County has approved the development of 79 single family homes in the new home community of Palmetto Place. Decatur Investors LLC originally owned this 29 acre piece of property.
Meritage Homes purchased this property in October of 2024.

Meritage Homes has not yet announced pricing of timing for the development of single-family homes in Palmetto Place.
