Medlen Park is a new townhome community coming soon to Conway! Medlen Park will be situated slightly northwest of downtown Conway, close to where Highway 501 intersects with Medlen Parkway. The existing subdivision of Elmhurst will be adjacent to where the Medlen Park townhomes will be developed.
S3 Land Development owns the property.
Preliminary plans are for Medlen Park to have 102 multi-family units (townhouse-style). The 9.28 acre piece of land in which Medlen Park will be developed is planned to have 2.87 acres of open space.
As of January 2025, development in the Conway new townhome community of Medlen Park has not yet begun.
Once townhomes in Medlen Park begin to sell, Vansant Realty Group will have them listed here.
