Meadows Edge is a new home community in Conway.

Meadows Edge is located where the Witch Golf Course was located.

The Witch Golf Course closed in late 2021. The Witch Golf Links, a Dan Maples design first opened in 1989. Visitors know the unusually named course - a sibling of the nearby Wizard Golf Club and Man O'War Golf Course - as a tale of two nines.

Maples routed the front side of The Witch through an expansive cypress swamp, with more than 4,000 feet of wooden bridges connecting tees to fairways to greens and distinct holes to one another. The back nine, situated closer to the clubhouse, is compact and awkward at times, sitting in full view of a stretch of Rt. 544 that has seen some of the area's most significant real estate development in the last decade.

Ryan Homes is the builder in Meadows Edge. Ryan Homes began preselling an initial phase of single family homes in Meadows Edge in the summer of 2024. There are 115 multi family approved for development and 211 single family units approved for development.

The single-family homes in the new home community of Meadows Edge are being priced by Ryan Homes starting in the upper $200's.
