McCormick Townhomes
A new townhome community is coming to the Forestbrook area of Myrtle Beach.
This new townhome community is located between Forestbrook Road and Burcale Road right off of McCormick Road.
The new townhomes off of McCormick Road are being developed on an approximate 59.07 acre of land.
Horry County has approved development for 303 townhomes.
It is anticipated that Lennar will be the builder of these townhomes.
As of March 2025, Lennar has not yet announced timing or pricing for this new townhome community off of McCormick Road.
