Kingston Lakes Listings
Kingston Lakes is a new home community in Longs that is in the early planning stages. Current efforts for the new home community of Kingston Lakes in Longs are seeking to rezone 18.73 acres (to MRD 1) to allow for the development of 34 single family homes in what is being defined as “Phase 2”.
The construction phase for “Phase 1” was previously approved. Phase 1 is zoned SF 8.5, which means that the minimum development area requirements (lot size) need to be 8,500 square feet.
Current plans are for the new home community of Kingston Lakes to have 93 single family homes.
Kingston Lakes will be located directly off of SC Highway 905, just west of the interchange with Highway 9. Mesa Raven, Woodcrest, Chestnut Estates, Anchors Bend, Ivy Woods and Longview are a few of the neighboring communities.
RE1 Land Co, LLC currently owns the land but, as of December 2024, has not yet announced timing for development.
