Johnston Pearce Listings
Johnston Pearce is a new home community coming soon to the Conway area. The new home community of Johnston Pearce is located west of Conway just off of Highway 378 in the Pee Dee Crossroads area where Pee Dee Highway intersects with Highway 378.
Kingston Preserve and Hemingway Landing are a couple of other future subdivisions that are being developed along Highway 378.
The new home community of Johnston Pearce was rezoned in April of 2022 from Commercial Forest Agriculture and Highway Commercial to Residential SF-20. The Residential SF-20 zoning district is intended for single-family development in a semi-rural setting, with minimum lot size of 20,000 square feet.
Horry County approved 30 single family units on this approximate 24.82 parcel of land.
Creekside Homes currently owns this property. In January 2024, United Homes Group, Inc. (UHG), acquired the homebuilding business and assets of Creekside Custom Homes, LLC. UHG operates in the southeastern United States, with its builder brand Great Southern Homes having an emphasis on South Carolina, Georgia, and soon North Carolina markets.
As of June of 2025, Great Southern Homes has not yet announced timing or pricing of the single-family homes in Johnston Pearce.
