Toll Brothers is planning on building 35 single family homes in Hill Street Villas. Homes will start selling in the low $500’s and home sizes will be approximately 1,778 to 1,987 square feet.
Hill Street Villas is being developed just a couple blocks away from Lennar’s new home community of SeaChase Pointe.
Expectations are for Toll Brothers to announce presells of the Hill Street Villas in December of 2024.
