Fox Bay Listings
Fox Bay is a new home community coming to Loris, SC. This new home community is located right off of Carolina Drive just slightly northeast of downtown Loris between Highway 701 and Highway 9.
Fox Bay will be developed on a 27.26 acre piece of property.
Ashwood Holdings purchased this property in September of 2022.
The City of Loris Planning Commission is currently reviewing plans for the new home community of Fox Bay.
Plans for the development of this new Fox Bay community in Loris have not yet been announced as of January 2025.
