Westbury Plantation is a new home community in Conway that is in the planning stages. Westbury Plantation is conveniently located east of downtown Conway just off of Old Reaves Ferry Road. The new home community of Westbury Plantation in Conway resided on an approximate 145 acres of land.

Current activity regarding Westbury Plantation is the rezoning from (1) Forest Agricultural (FA) - Agriculture, forestry, low-density residential, limited commercial (maximum size of 4,500 sq.ft.), social, cultural, recreational, and religious uses to (2) Multi-Residential One (MRD 1) - Allows for mixed residential development in the RURAL areas of the county as identified on the future land use map.

The proposed new home community of Westbury Plantation is seeking to develop 187 single family homes.

Westbury Plantation LLC purchased this piece of property in December of 2023.

Timing for development of the new home community of Westbury Plantation has not yet been announced.
