Waterway Commons is a new community of beach cottage-style homes coming soon to Myrtle Beach!
The new home community of Waterway Commons is conveniently located near the Highway 544 and Highway 31 interchange in Myrtle Beach. Cooper’s Bluff and Windsor Lakes are a couple of the existing communities that are located close to the new home community of Waterway Commons.

As of the end of November 2024, Lennar has not yet announced timing or pricing for the new single-family homes in Waterway Commons.
