Traditions at Carolina Forest is new home community coming soon to Carolina Forest!  Chesapeake Homes will be the builder of this Carolina Forest new home community.  This Carolina Forest new home community is in the early stages of land development as of August 2023 and is located adjacent to the Pulte community of Berkshire Forest as well as the D. R. Horton community of The Villages at Berkshire Forest.  Traditions at Carolina Forest is located directly off of River Oaks Drive across from Waterway Palms Plantation.

Chesapeake Homes is well committed to building in the Myrtle Beach area.  As of August 2023, Chesapeake Homes is also building in Bridgewater (Little River), Heritage Park (Longs) and Waterbridge (Carolina Forest).  In addition, Chesapeake Homes is also planning to build another new subdivision named “The Willows” in Longs.
