Solserra is a new home community coming to Shallotte in the summer of 2025 by Pulte Homes
Solserra is a new home community coming soon to Shallotte, NC.
The new home community of Solserra is conveniently located just outside of downtown Shallotte, a few miles south of Highway 17, and situated along the scenic Shallotte River. The Shallotte River is a short 5 to 6 mile tidal river in Brunswick County that begins in the inland marshes near the town of Shallotte and empties into the Intracoastal Waterway which leads to the Atlantic Ocean.
Pulte is the builder in Solserra.
Preliminary plans from Pulte will be to have 149 single-family homes in an initial phase in the new home community of Solserra in Shallotte.
Pulte will be offering new construction homes that are either one story or two story sing-family homes.
Expectations are for Pulte to start presales in the summer of 2025.
As of June 2025, Pulte has not yet announced pricing for the new homes in Solserra.
The Pulte Group is based Atlanta, Georgia, United States. As of 2023, Pulte was the third-largest home-construction company in the United States based on the number of homes closed. Pulte operates in 45 markets in 23 states. Pulte Homes is technically now known as the Pulte Group and Del Webb, Centex, DiVosta Homes, American West, and John Weiland Homes are also Pulte brands.
Pulte is well committed to building in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas of Myrtle Beach.
