Ravenloft in Conway by D. R. Horton
Ravenloft is a new home community coming soon to Conway, SC.
D. R. Horton will be the builder in Ravenloft.
The new home community of Ravenloft is being developed on an approximate 16.73 acre piece of property. Conway Atlantic Land Development is the developer.
The new home community of Ravenloft is located a few miles north of downtown Conway just off of Highway 701 and close to the intersection of Highway 701 and Highway 22. More specifically, Ravenloft is located directly off of the Long Avenue Extension. Wisteria Woods (subdivision with 79 single family homes) and Plantersfield (subdivision with 87 single family homes) are two communities near where Ravenloft will be developed.
There has been activity over several years in an effort to develop Ravenloft, including initial rezoning for duplexes, followed by subsequent plans to have single family detached lots. More recent activity with Ravenloft in 2023 approved the 54 single family homes major residential subdivision proposal, while alleviating the need for the developer to provide sidewalks along the subdivision’s Long Avenue Extension frontage.
The single-family lots in Ravenloft will have a minimum of 7,000 square feet.
D. R. Horton purchased this property in November of 2024.
As of December 2024, D. R. Horton has not yet announced timing or pricing for the new home community of Ravenloft.
