Proposed Marketwalk Project in Market Common – 9/6 Public Info Meeting

Marketwalk is a multifamily project being proposed in the Market Common.  This Thursday, September 6 at 5:30 PM at the General Robert Reed Recreation Center, 800 Gabreski Lane, the real estate developer HomeFed Corporation, will discuss plans for this project and answer questions from the public.  This revised Marketwalk project proposal will replace previous Marketwalk  proposed plans for a hotel at the corner of Farrow Parkway and Phillis Boulevard. The current proposed Marketwalk project includes 203 residential units (105 residential cottages, 98 townhomes), a swimming pool, clubhouse and 443 new parking spaces.
