North Myrtle Beach Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat for Phase 2 of Marshfield
Marshfield is a new home community being developed off of Water Tower Road. This is a very convenient location near the interchange of Highway 22 and Highway 31 and close to Highway 90.
The North Myrtle Beach Planning Commission recommended the annexation and zoning of Marshfield to Multifamily Residential (R-2A) back in July of 2022. City Council approved the annexation and rezoning in January of 2023. The preliminary plat for Phase 1 of Marshfield, creating 112 residential lots, common area, pump station site and rights of way was approved by the North Myrtle Beach Planning Commission in January of 2024.
On January 7, 2025, the North Myrtle Beach Planning Commission reviewed the preliminary plat for Phase 2 of Marshfield which would create an additional 140 residential lots and provide a right-of-way off Marsh Road.
Beazer Homes will be the builder in the new home community of Marshfield on this parcel of land in North Myrtle Beach.
Beazer is anticipating to begin to sell homes in the Winter of 2025 in the new home community of Marshfield. Preliminary plans are indicating completion of development of this new home community of Marshfield within five years.
Land development in Marshfield is well underway. Beazer has not yet announced home plans or pricing for this new home community of Marshfield in North Myrtle Beach.
