Waterway Commons is a new community in Myrtle Beach of beach cottage-style homes that started to sell in early March of 2025!

The new home community of Waterway Commons is conveniently located near the Highway 544 and Highway 31 interchange in Myrtle Beach. Cooper’s Bluff and Windsor Lakes are a couple of the existing communities that are locate close to the new home community of Waterway Commons.

Current plans are to have approximately 75 single family homes in Waterway Commons.

Lennar is the builder in Waterway Commons.
Lennar is offering two basic floorplans in Waterway Commons.
1. Savannah – 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, 1,616 square feet of living space
2. Wilmington - 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1,835 square feet of living space

Homeowners Association Fees in Waterway Commons are estimated at approximately $132 per month.
