Hainer Place in Conway by Mungo Homes
Hainer Place is a new home community in Conway in the early planning stages which has not yet begun home development. Preliminary plans are for the Hainer Place subdivision to have 53 single family units. Mungo Homes owns the land (over 17 acres on the southwest side of Highway 65 and over 7 acres on the northwest side of Highway 65) and is anticipated to be the builder of the new home community of Hainer Place in Conway. This Conway new home community is conveniently located off of Highway 701 (just above where SC-319 intersects) just north of historic downtown Conway.
Michael J. Mungo started building homes in the Columbia, South Carolina area in 1954, and still today, the Mungo family is involved in the day-to-day operations of the new home building business. Many of their team members live and play in the communities where they build so you’re likely to bump into them at the grocery store, a football game, or the gym, and they take care of you just as well after the close as during the buying process. Mungo Homes is now a division of the Clayton Home Building Group and a Berkshire Hathaway company. Mungo Homes is well committed to building in the Myrtle Beach area.
Mungo Homes has not yet announced timing or plans for development of Hainer Place.
