Glenns Bay Townhomes in Surfside Beach

Glenns Bay Townhomes is a new townhome community coming to Surfside Beach. Glenns Bay Townhomes will be accessible from Glenns Bay Road just south of Holmestown Road near Highway 17.

In September of 2023, D. R. Horton purchased this approximate 12 acre parcel of land on the ocean side of Highway 17 in Surfside Beach. This new townhome community in Surfside Beach will be developed around a single street named Bayou Loop.

Preliminary plans from D. R. Horton are showing 15 buildings - each with 6 townhomes - resulting in approximately 90 townhomes.

Land development is now ongoing.

D. R. Horton has not yet announced timing or pricing for this new townhome community named Glenns Bay Townhomes.

This is a phishing scam! This is a real estate company that created a blog post about this community but they have nothing to do with it. It is only on the blog to get people to click on their website and then they immediately try to sell you a home. As a marketing and website company, this is horrible ethics and a horrible way to advertise your business. I suggest you contact DR Horton directly. Shame on this real estate company for hacking the community just for clicks and lies.
