Garden Grove - now 226 homes - to start selling in September 2024
Garden Grove is a new home community coming soon to Conway!
South Causeway Builders is well underway with the land development and the models and a few spec homes are almost complete. Homes are expected to start preselling in September of 2024. Pricing of the single-family homes in Garden Grove is expected to be starting in the upper $200’s.
This Conway new home community is conveniently located just north of downtown Conway and directly off of the Four Mile Road and Oak Street intersection between Highway 501 and Highway 701 near Route 319. Garden Grove will be developed on the opposite side of Oak Street across from The Summit subdivision.
The new home community of Garden Grove is being developed on approximately 129 acres of land. Originally there were 223 single family homes approved for development in the new home community of Garden Grove, but a recent zoning change in October of 2023 added an additional acre of land and three more lots for a total of 226 single family homes.
The phased approach to development is looking to have approximately 66 single family homes developed in Phase 1 and approximately 160 single family homes developed in Phase 2.
