The new single-family home community of The Overlook in Longs, SC is conveniently located close to Highway 90 and is just under seven miles away from the Atlantic Ocean and Intracoastal Waterway.
Star Bluff Investments purchased the 71.28 acres where the single-family homes in The Overlook are being developed back in 2022.
A couple of years ago, Horry County City Council approved the development of 200 single-family homes in the new home community of The Overlook in Longs, SC.
As of March 2025, land development is well underway and spec homes are being constructed.
