Conway new community being planned - Norris Farms!

Norris Farms is a new home community in Conway that is currently in the planning stages. The location of the new home community of Norris Farms is north of downtown Conway and close to the Highway 22 and Highway 701 interchange.
Norris Farms is nestled between Long Avenue Extension and Boggy Road – directly off of Dock Road. The new home community of Plantersfield, by Starlight Homes, is adjacent to where the new home community of Norris Farms will be developed.
Norris Farms consists of 3 tracts of land totaling approximately 76.85 acres.
Current plans are for there to be 134 single family homes developed in Norris Farms.
Benton Rentals LLC currently owns this land.
Timing for development has not yet been announced.
