Coming Soon - Somerset in Socastee by Beazer

Somerset is a new home community coming soon to the Socastee area. Somerset will consist of single-family homes located in Socastee with easy access to Highway 544 and Highway 501. The new home community of Somerset will be conveniently located across Highway 544 from another new home community - Lyden Village. The existing subdivision of Cabot's Creek is located adjacent on the north side of Somerset.

Beazer Homes will be the builder. In September of 2023, Beazer purchased 17 acres (Phase 1) and 21 acres (Phase 2). These two Beazer phases are a portion of the 158-acre master planned community of Palmetto Bays Estates - of which Horry County has approved the development of 120 multi-family homes and 359 single-family homes.
Beazer, a home construction company based in Atlanta, Georgia, is well committed to building in the Myrtle Beach area. Bella Vita (Carolina Forest), Bella Vita Gardens (Carolina Forest), Harborview (Myrtle Beach), Evans Park (Murrells Inlet), Northbrook (Murrells Inlet), Somerset (Socastee), Sunset Landing (Little River), and Surfside Plantation (Surfside) are just a few of the local Myrtle Beach area communities by Beazer Homes.

In the Socastee new home community of Somerset, Beazer will be offering The Derby Collection of Single-Family Homes and The Carlisle Collection of Single-Family Homes. Pricing will start in the low $300's.

As of July 2024, land development is well underway and model homes are under construction, but Beazer Homes has not yet announced specific timing for the release of homes in Somerset.
