Colonial Farms in Conway by Beverly Homes
Colonial Farms is a new home community coming soon to Conway. Colonial Farms will be developed slightly northwest of downtown Conway close to where Highway 378 intersects with Highway 501. Windsor Farms, Woodside Crossing, and Beach Gardens are just a few of the existing subdivisions near where Colonial Farms will be developed.
Beverly Homes will be the builder in Colonial Farms. Beverly Homes has been building homes in the Grand Strand area for over 35 years. Beverly Homes began building in the Myrtle Beach area and remains building in the Myrtle Beach area, with a couple of dozen current projects ongoing in the area as of July 2024.
Preliminary plans are for there to be 2 primary building phases in the new home community of Colonial Farms in Conway. Phase 1, on 65 acres of land, will include 131 single family homes. Lot sizes in Phase 1 for the single family homes will be a minimum of 7,500 square feet and will require a 75 foot minimum width. Open space in Phase 1 will have a total of 28.34 acres. Phase 2 in Colonial Farms , on 19.12 acres, will have 97 townhomes. Lot sizes of the townhomes will be a minimum of 2,000 square feet.
As of July 2024, development in the Conway new home community of Colonial Farms has not yet begun.
