Collins Walk Townhomes in Conway now preselling!

Any deep dive into the history of the city of Conway will inevitably come across the family name of Collins. Benjamin Grier Collins, an army soldier and partner in the Burroughs and Collins firm may be among the most famous. Whether it is Collins Park, Collins Street, Collins Jolllie Road, etc. there are reminders all around the city of Conway of this family history in the town. Collins Walk will be another reminder.

Pricing of the townhomes in Collins Walk starts in the middle $250's.

In June 2024, Lennar purchased approximately 24.39 acres of land just north of downtown Conway right off of the east side of Highway 501. Collins Walk is located adjacent to the Tiger Grand and Rivertown Row communities. Lennar is well committed to building in the Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas.

Plans from Lennar are to build approximately 161 townhomes in the new townhome community of Collins Walk. There are planned to be over 3 acres of Open Space on the parcel where the Collins Walk townhomes will be built.
