Collins Walk Townhomes in Conway by Lennar - expected to start selling in September!

Collins Walk is a new townhome community coming soon to Conway! In June 2024, Lennar purchased approximately 20 acres of land just north of downtown Conway right off of the east side of Highway 501. Collins Walk is located adjacent to the Tiger Grand and Rivertown Row communities. Lennar is well committed to building in the Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas.

Preliminary plans are to build approximately 161 townhomes in the new home community of Collins Walk.

It is expected that Lennar will start presales of townhomes at Collins Walk in Conway in September 2024.
