Jordanville Farms is a relatively new community of single family homes located just southeast of Aynor in South Carolina. Jordanville Farms has a mailing address of Galivants Ferry, but is located just off of Jordanville Road and is very close to the town of Aynor. Jordanville Farms is only about 5 minutes up the road from downtown Aynor - just off of Highway 501. This community is in a relatively quiet rural location but yet is conveniently located for travel to other areas. Highway 22 is a major route to all of the Grand Strand attractions and is only about 5 minutes from Jordanville Farms. Auberon Woods is a new home community in Conway - although the locals may refer to this section of Conway as "Bear Bluff". The Auberon Woods subdivision is planned to have almost 1,200 single family units. This Conway new home community is conveniently located off of highway 90, relatively close to the Route 22 interchange.

D. R. Horton will be the primary builder in the master planned community of Auberon Woods. Development is underway in 2023 with initial releases likely to be somewhere around the end of summer or early fall of 2023. The first phase is expected to have 70+ homes.

Corporal Dennis James Lyden was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and served with the Horry County Police Department. His badge number was 353. In 2000, Corporal Dennis Lyden was shot and killed in the line of duty near the location of where the new home community of Lyden Village is being developed.
