As of March 2025, in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas of Myrtle Beach, D. R. Horton is the builder that has the most subdivisions currently under construction with 36, followed by Lennar with 17 subdivisions currently under construction, Great Southern Homes with 15 subdivisions currently under construction, then Beverly Homes with 14 subdivisions currently under construction.
With regards to future subdivisions planned in Myrtle Beach and the surrounding areas of Myrtle Beach, D. R. Horton also leads the way with 11 future subdivisions planned for the Myrtle Beach area, followed by Lennar with 8 future subdivisions planned for the Myrtle Beach area.
