Amerling Ridge - Longs new home community!

Amerling Ridge is a new home community coming to Longs, SC. Amerling Ridge is conveniently located close to Highway 9 in Longs – at the intersection of Long Acres Drive and SC Highway 905. Village at Longs and Timber Ridge are a couple of existing Longs communities near where Amerling Ridge will be developed.
Amerling Ridge will reside on approximately 40 acres of land.
Preliminary plans for the new home community of Amerling Roidge in Longs will be to develop 90 single family homes.
Long Acres LLC purchased this land in May of 2024.
The process to amend the land use to “Rural Communities” for this property occurred in August 2024.
Timing for the development of Amerling Ridge has not yet been announced.
