Ambridge in Conway by Beazer Homes to start selling the summer of 2025
Ambridge is a new home community coming soon to Conway, SC.
Beazer Homes will be the builder in the new home community of Ambridge on an approximate 82 acre piece of property right off of McKinley Shortcut Road. The new home community of Ambridge in Conway will be developed near the intersection of Highway 905 and Highway 22.

Preliminary plans are showing approximately 173 single family homes.
As of January 2025, Beazer is planning on opening up sales in Ambridge the summer of 2025. Beazer has not yet announced pricing for this new home community.
