Merrill Villas has officially sold out. As of early April 2025, all of the single-family homes in Merrill Villas are now either under contract or have closed.

Single-family homes in the new home community of Merrill Villas in Carolina Forest first closed back in June of 2022. It took Mungo Homes less than 3 years to complete the development of all of the single-family homes in Merrill Villas.

This Carolina Forest new home community is located adjacent to Bella Vista and close to Highway 501 and Highway 31. Merrill Villas is offering both one- and two-story homes ranging from 1,700 to over 3,000 square feet with up to six bedrooms. Plans offering two primary bedrooms are perfect for multi-generational families.
